Financial aid is paid directly to the institution or organization rather than to the recipient and may be used for tuition at universities, colleges, and technology and trade schools.
These funds, after approval of the board, may also be used for supplies, equipment, books, bus passes, special fees, and for child care
to enable parents to attend classes.
